- New construction in 2005

- Suites on ground floor have two full size beds and accommodates up to four adults
- The pool view Suites on 1st and 2nd floor have two full size beds and a full size pull out sofa, can accommodate up to five adults.

GENERAL POLICIES
* All rates subject to 7% NYS sales tax plus 4% Warren County Occupancy Tax.
* These rates are for double occupancy. Each additional person above 16 is $20 per night.
* Daily maid service provided, except for kitchen. Additional maid service is available at guest's request.
* Special Events & Weekends rates may be higher and a 3 or more days minimum may apply.
* Check-In Time is 3 PM - Check-Out Time is 11 AM.
* No pets allowed.
* There are no phones in the rooms.
* Wireless Internet connection available in the office
* Quiet hours 11pm - 7am strictly enforced
* Minimum age is 21 years to make a reservation |
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of one night stay is required to reserve a room with Visa or MasterCard. Personal checks and money orders are also acceptable if received within 7 days from the date of reservation. Please mail your deposit to our address at: The Studio Motel, PO Box 627, Lake George NY 12845. The balance is due at the time of check-in. There is no refund for failure to arrive on the date of reservation or early departure. |
REFUND POLICY
Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if notice of cancellation is received at least 1 week prior to arrival date. There will be $25 processing fee charged for all cancellations. No refunds for early departure for any reason. |
