At the Studio Motel, you will be staying in a Traditional Adirondack family style lodging. Our motel is clean, comfortable and so close to everything... the biggest surprise is the rates. They are GREAT! You won't find better accommodations at such a great price.

2 Double Beds - Standard Rooms have a knotty pine interior with cathedral ceilings. Tiled bath floor with shower.	$59 (See comments below for details.)
2 Double Beds - Efficiency Newly constructed; first time being used in 2005. Includes two full-sized double beds, bathroom with tub, kitchen with stovetop, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and dining area.	$79 Daily (See comments below for details.)
Studio Suites Newly constructed; first time being used in 2005. Has one bedroom with two full-sized beds, living room/ kitchen with sofa sleeper, stovetop, sink, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with tub. Sleep up to 5 people.	$79 Daily (See comments below for details.)

All rates subject to 7% NYS sales tax plus 4% Warren County Occupancy Tax.
Studio Suites and Efficiency have dinnerware, silverware, glasses, one frying pan and one sauce pan.
Special Events & Holiday Weekends rates may be higher and a 3 day minimum may apply.
Rates are for double occupancy. Add $10 for weekends and $20 for extra adult over 16.
No pool or daily housekeeping during off-season. Guests are required to leave the kitchen in clean condition.
Check-In Time is 3 PM - Check-Out Time is 11 AM.
NO PETS ALLOWED
There are no phones in the rooms.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit of one night stay is required to reserve a room with Visa or MasterCard. Personal checks and money orders are also acceptable if received within 7 days from the date of reservation. Please mail your deposit to our address at: The Studio Motel, PO Box 627, Lake George NY 12845. The balance is due at the time of check-in. There is no refund for failure to arrive on the date of reservation or early departure.

REFUND POLICY

The deposit guarantees your room will be available, and we will hold this room for you. Upon receiving your deposit, your reservation is confirmed, and the room is taken out of our reservation system.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if notice of cancellation is received at least 1 week prior to arrival date. A $25 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refund for early departure for any reason.
