Saturday nights are an additional $10 per night on the above
posted rates. 2 day minimum on weekends.

Efficiency have dinnerware, silverware, glasses, one frying
pan and one sauce pan.

for double occupancy. Each additional person above 16
is $20 per night.

Daily maid
service provided, except for kitchen. Additional maid service is available at guest's request.

be higher and a 3 or more days minimum may apply.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of one night stay is required to
reserve a room with Visa or MasterCard. Personal checks and money orders are
also acceptable if received within 7 days from the date of
reservation. Please mail your deposit to our address at: The Studio
Motel, PO Box 627, Lake George NY 12845. The balance is due at
the time of check-in.
There is no refund for
failure to arrive on the date of reservation or early departure.
REFUND POLICY
The deposit guarantees your room will be
available, and we will hold this room for you.
Upon receiving your deposit, your reservation is
confirmed, and the room is taken out of our reservation system.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit
will be refunded only if notice of cancellation is received at
least 1 week prior to arrival date. There will be $25 processing
fee charged for all cancellations. No refunds for early
departure for any reason.
