DEPOSIT POLICY A deposit of one night stay is required to
reserve a room. Personal checks and money orders are accepted to
hold the room, please mail your deposit to our address at:
Studio Motel, PO Box 627, Lake George NY 12845. All reservations
will be held for ten days pending arrival of your deposit. Once
a deposit is received, you will be sent a confirmation.
REFUND POLICY The deposit guarantees your room will be available, and we will hold this room for you. Upon receiving your deposit, your reservation is confirmed, and the room is taken out of our reservation system. If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if notice of cancellation is received not less than 10 days prior to arrival date. There is a $25 service charge on all refunds. If reservations are made less than one week prior to arrival, a credit card may be used to reserve the room. Your card will be charged for one nights stay at the time of the reservation and it is non-refundable. There is no refund for an early departure. |
